Setting New Standards in Construction Quality

We had previously looked around at many construction companies but we finally decided on Cascade. We were not disappointed!!!From the initial meeting with Graham and Aidan, we were blown away with the professionalism and quality of all their staff. The project was managed by Chris who gave it amazing attention to detail and nothing we asked was too much trouble. The quality and finish of their work was fantastic and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for any project.The project finished well within the expected timeframe and was within budget. Extensions & Renovation

Cascade extended and renovated our bathroom and also renovated our bedrooms. Where other builders had shown resistance (especially for the walk-in shower) or made things appear complicated, Graham and Aidan only showed enthusiasm and professionalism. We were particularly impressed with their organisational and customer service skills, which meant that work was completed on time and on budget, and that issues were dealt with very promptly. The quality of their work has been excellent and we've never been disappointed with the price quoted. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Graham and Aidan - They really do go the extra mile and are very pleasant to work with. Cascade built a ground floor extension bedroom and wet room for our son who has a disability. From the minute we met with Cascade we knew we were dealing with the right company. Right from the initial design discussion and throughout the building process we were kept updated and we had a great working relationship with them Their professionalism, diligence and competence shone through.The entire build was clean, quick and finished on budget and ahead of schedule. Every member of the team is a pleasure to deal with. The finished room and wet room are beyond our hopes and dreams and in effect life changing for our son. The team from Cascade were excellent. They handled the toughest parts of the job with ease: from digging out foundations in appalling winter conditions, to dealing with the complex challenge of the steel structure. They worked extremely hard and finished the job on time and on budget. Most important of all, they were very easy to communicate with, listened to what we wanted, offered good suggestions and stayed in contact with us at every stage.
