PAREX Finishes are designed to last and look beautiful over time. This
is ensured by using 100% acrylic polymers and the highest quality
pigments in the products.
Parex Finishes have remarkable resistance to dirt and stains. "DPR
Technology" is the reason. Heat can cause other finishes to soften and
become tacky. This can encourage dirt accumulation, mold, and
atmospheric pollutant buildup. Parex DPR Technology fights back with
specially formulated acrylic polymers that do not soften when
exposed to heat. As an added protection, every Parex finish also contains
EPA- registered mildewcides and algicides.
The product looks fresh, resist fading, chalking and yellowing.
Premium Products
Along with DPR finish Parex also has a range of premium finishes to
meet your project needs. Parex DPR Optimum Finish is a high end
acrylic that offers easier application, and improved durability. DPR
Optimum Finish is a cost effective way to upgrade the look of your
building. Parex also offers an elastomeric finish for projects requiring
the use of stucco or when refinishing over concrete based exteriors.
Elastomeric finishes makes use of e-lastic technology and are known
for their ability to provide high fexibility. Another key feature of our
elastomeric finish is the ability to bridge existing hairline cracks.
This feature is especially important when refinishing old stucco and
concrete claddings.

A BER or Building Energy Rating is an indication of the energy performance of a home. A BER is similar to
the energy label for a household electrical appliance like a fridge. The label has a scale of A-G. A-rated
homes are the most energy efficient and G-rated the least efficient. From 1st January 2009,
a BER Certificate became compulsory for all homes being sold or offered for rent.
